This 400 sq.ft. pod was a result of a design competition to study dwellings that do not exceed 400 sq.ft.. This Modern pod can be delivered to any location as it is completely self contained. The floor area is an open space, providing a blank canvas for its inhabitants. With the Murphy bed stowed away and the kitchen, storage and bathroom behind sliding panels, the space is truly free of distraction.
